SHOGUN BARISTA
The intense amount of work and dedication that we put into all of our meads is almost doubled when it comes down to Shogun Barista. We hand select almost every aspect of this mead per the highest standard of quality. Specially selected coffee beans from Ground Control are melded with smokey and chocolaty undertones from the whiskey barrel that was procured from our friends in Decorah Iowa and rounded off with a slight hint of vanilla beans.

We set out to create the most unique traditional mead that we could and we believe that we have succeeded. Marzipan's Labyrinth utilizes the subtle nuttiness and intense sweetness from Almond Blossom Honey to create an extremely rich and decadent dessert mead.

The darkest most fruit forward mead we have ever created. Made with Black Currants and Blueberries, this mead took a long nap in some very special barrels from Decorah, IA.
